SPORT MASSAGE
Six years as a wellness and sports massage specialist, I worked with all types of physical conditions and injuries,
seeing 5 or 6 patients a day.
After helping many athletes and healthcare professionals find relief, I began to develop a massage technique designed to promote relaxation for better recovery and performance.
SPORTS & RECOVERY
Throughout my career, sports training has long been a tool and a solution for relieving pain caused by poor posture at work. It was only natural that I decided to train in the science of sports, therapeutic and neuromuscular massage.
SKIN, TISSUE & MUSCLES
In 2026, I completed a course in aesthetics and cosmetics to study in depth the effects of intramuscular massage on recovery and cellular regeneration.
Based on my personal experience, I have also developed a particular interest in the treatment and care of mixed-race skin.
I also completed a deep-tissue massage training course to further my expertise in sports massage.

My expertise was primarily focused on the fields of business services and healthcare.
